I utilize a strengths-based, client-centered approach to get to know and empower my clients in order to tailor sessions to their needs utilizing evidence-based treatment and best practices. By getting to know you on a personal level and harnessing your strengths, we can utilize the skills you already possess to begin making progress toward your goals while teaching you new skills that will further empower and assist you in managing your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, improve your self-esteem, set healthy boundaries and expectations while strengthening relationships in your life.
